Keratin is the protein that makes up our hair, skin, and nails. Throughout the years, melanocyctes continue to inject pigment into the hair's keratin, giving it a colorful hue. With age comes a reduction of melanin. The hair turns gray and eventually white.
Over long periods of stress, there may be an acceleration of gray hair in some people,but there is no definite scientific answer and Right now, the answer is debatable.
Hair becomes gray when color-producing cells stop producing pigment. Typically, people start to have gray hair during the thirties or earlier.
Of course, gray hair can be colored to hide gray hair, but if you don't want another hair color but the color of your naturally real hair color, we suggest you try this recipe with only one component, for help in concealing the gray side of your hair.
All what you need is a pot of potato peel and 2 cups water.
Preparation:
Take and put peel of potatoes in water for five minutes and boil. Leave to cool. Fluid initially turn to yellow, then black.
Use:
Wash your hair with shampoo, as you usually do. Take the potato mixture on your hair and then cover your hair with a towel. Hold it for a few minutes.
Note: This mixture will make your hair darker!
